Spotlight: ;john – iamamiwhoami

The enigma that’s been taunting millions of its followers sporadically is still no where near being riddled out. The latest release (2 months ago) “; john” hints at new beginnings, while still holding onto previous clues and formats. Each video features a song that is simultaneously released on iTunes, and their latest could be one of their greatest. My personal favorite remains “b”, but “; john” plays on different fields, making followers amp their excitement and anticipation for what’s to come.

Funky: T.I.M. Office Calender

Cal3This is one funky calender, eh? Here’s the quoted description “T.I.M. (Translucence Towering Minimize), A Compositional Calendar System, this piece is made out of wood with what look like stencil-cut numbers to denote the current month and day.” He’s only 21 years old and is currently finishing up his BFA at Memphis College of Art, so be sure to keep an eye out for him in the near future.”

List: 7 Weird Post-death Rituals

CemeteryThere are over a million tribe in our world, and you can only imagine the rituals and traditions of said tribes. Here’s a list of  7 of the weird ways tribes deal with death.

Mountains7. Mountains of Silence
Zoroastrians believe the body is impure and shouldn’t pollute the earth after death through burial or cremation. Instead, the deceased are brought to a ceremonial “tower of silence”, usually located on an elevated mountain plateau, and left exposed to the animals and elements. When the bones have been dried and bleached by the sun, they are gathered and dissolved in lime.

Tree6. Tree Burials
Because ground burials are passé, Indigenous tribes in many parts of the world discovered that the best way of disposing the dead was to put them up high. Groups in Australia, British Columbia, the American southwest and Siberia were known to practice tree burial, which involved wrapping the body in a shroud or cloth and placing it in a crook to decompose.

Random: Weird Plastic Surgeries

The days of Liposuction, nose-jobs, facelifts..etc. are over! Plastic Surgeries evolved over the past years, you’ll see some surgeries that’ll wow you!

a228_tonguejpgFirst, we have this snake-tongue surgery that basically split the tongue with laser to create the image above, nasty.

a228_dogsjpgDog face-lift! Now that’s disturbing, poor dog!

ob-at301_health_20071030131120jpgThe 6-packs suction. This is basically liposuction but is more focused on the fat between the skin and the packs. The results are weird, and not in a good way.

0jpgElf-ear!!! Why? Why would anyone undergo a surgery to make their ears elf-like? I don’t get it!

prenatal-plastic-surgeryjpgReady? Plastic surgeries from INSIDE THE WOMB?? The baby isn’t even born yet, what kinda fuckery is this?
